shof posted : I'm a legacy Sunrocket subscriber who got tossed off to Teleblend. The service was marginally acceptable for a year or two afterward. But in the last 6 months, the quality has been awful, with l-o-o-o-ng speak and listen lags and an irritating echo in just about every call. I have Viatalk on the same broadband router and it's fine.

Tech support is laughable. I just spent 22 minutes on hold (2 calls ahead of me) only to get pushed off to a voicemail box,

I see new promo pricing now, low enough to wonder if they are making a last gasp for survival. I certainly don't recommend their quality and would warn anyone against signing up for a prepay.

PX Eliezer posted : I don't blame you for being upset, but you should be aware that N9MD is a New Jersey gastroenterologist.

As a gastroenterologist, he does insert things you-know-where, but he does NOT work for TeleBlend. Any similarity is a coincidence.

I see that you only log into the website on the average of once every 2 years.
N9MD posted : And this event was so earth shattering that you had to initiate two separate threads for the same complaint?!?!

»Teleblend customer service needs training

Keep in mind that every new thread and the subsequent responses give a false appearance of a very active TeleBlend sub-Forum. So save up your due diligence discoveries and, when you can't contain your frustration and anger any longer, pour it out into one profoundly wrathful post. :uhh:
