<description><![CDATA[dlsewald posted : Purchased the subject modem on Craigslist and once installed I found that it did not have a DSL connect light.  Called Qwest and they tried to provision it without success.  They stated they have had many problems with the modem and had to swap out many due to this problem.  But my problem is that Qwest will not swap it out since I am not the orginal buyer even if I am a current DSL subscriber.  Sucks!  Any suggestions on how I should proceede?  The guy I bought it from won't give me my money back. :huh:]]></description>
