| Google font size change? Did google change the size of it's search box font or is it just me?
I think this is awful, why would google change this? It shows less of your search if it is a long search and it was fine just the way it was before. |

Big/more scrolling, I use »ixquick.com/ mainly for just basic searches. Perhaps google is trying to make their searches larger to see the writing easier...if so I think most have already adjust their monitor sizing/page size for that. |

Yeah but all of the fonts are perfect except for the search box. Lowering my font sizes would not work in this instance. |

Google is always messing with their stuff. It'll be gone a day or so. Too bad I can't make it my default.

Actually I believe it is permanent.You can do some adjusting or get a Firefox addon called Greasemonkey and download a script to fix it back to the old way.

This confused the heck out of me yesterday. It seemed the change occurred in the middle of the day (might have just been my perception).
I did a google search at work and saw the "huge" letters and thought I had accidentally changed font size (mouse wheel + ctrl) so I tried to "fix" it.
I ended up screwing up everything else but the search font.
Who moved my cheese!!
All is good though.
