Re: Free Symantec Upgrades Thanks, I have 3 pcs with NIS,,, one worked the other two -> Error: "The current product must be updated before this upgrade is installed..." when you install a Norton 2010 product... tried too many times to fix and my subscription is up in 39 days - may just wait,,, I'll try tomorrow and see what happens... There's always something,,,lol
Oh, anyone else have this problem...?...

All you have to do is run Live Update on your current version and reboot...and a long reboot it is (wait for the orange screen to pass). |

....reboot at the upgrade installer error message. It will then complete the upgrade. |
