I forwarded my e-mail to Karl yesterday. I got another e-mail late last night with shipping confirmation.
BroadVOX did not charge me taxes through the 5 years I've been with them. I will be charged $23 instead of $20 with the new service. I did notice that they do allow you to have two lines active at the same time. If the quality is there, I'll be sticking around.
