PhonePower gone bye bye?

No dial tone here, incoming callers hear non working # message.It says you have reached a non working # when calling Phone Power for support, & no response in online chat. This is not good..

Down here too. Can't call 888-607-6937 or my PP # from POTS. Network status page says all is well. My ATA is still registered, but get 503 error on outgoing calls.

Had dial tone, but no outgoing or incoming calls. Kept getting busy tone. Tried to call customer service 3 times, but also got busy tone. Trying to chat with tech support online many times, and finally got through. Here is the response ...

Just talked to Matt they are updating the site as we speak! They are working like Mad Dogs to get our service restored. It is the only outage they have had in almost a year that has been of significance.

Migration gone bad. Not a good start for Broadvox customers no matter what the problem is.

It may have nothing to do with Migration. Why not wait and hear it from the horses mouth? You do realize they have a better track record then another provider (VT) who has been around longer and has its own forum? Could be anything from a server getting borked or the data center having problems?

Same story here in Miami. Port status reads as below
Port Hook Registration DND Forward Busy Forward Delayed Forward
FXS 1 On Hook Registered No
FXS 2 On Hook Registered No

I've been a customer for almost a year and this is the first time I've experienced an outage that wasn;t fixed with a router reboot.

Forgive them. To my experience it's not possible to migrate a large customer base to a new service flawlessly. There are unexpected troubles all the time. Everything should be fine in a day or two.

I'm not lying. Seriously, can't remember last time I couldn't use the phone when I needed to.

Back to topic - it is hard to imagine with PP's stellar service record, that taking on the new customers wouldn't have contributed to the disruption. Certainly one of the roughest periods for the other company referenced here in this thread was when they received a glut of customers during the SR meltdown.
