| No image on ANY channel
My Digital Cable had been working fine for more than 2 months until one day without any change, or some big event (storm or something) I just lost image on all channels.
I still see the Guide just fine but none of the channels seems to have signal, some show "One moment please, this channel should be available shortly" but others simply show static directly.
It has been this way for a week!

I've had lots of problems with their DVR box. If you have one you might try unplugging it, then plug it back in, wait until the time shows on the box before turning it on. Then it will take a few minutes before you can watch any TV channels.
Sounds like they will need to send a tech out to check things out at your end. |
