| Horrible Speed Issue Cincinnati Bell Fiber I really hope that someone is able to help me with this problem
Ok here goes. I have had Cincinnati Bell internet for a while now and moving a 30mbps is awesome and everything was fine until my motherboard on my baby fried so I hooked up a 2 year old machine that I have, it is running XP pro and the speed tests a showing max 6mbps down and 12 - 15mpbs up. I have ruled out a ISP problem my roommate's computer is flying a 30mbps down and 20mbps up. I changed the Ethernet cable, network card, port on the router, I have no viruses, ad ware, or anything like that. This is not wireless. I am complete and utterly out of ideas I am way willing to change settings. I am pretty sure this is a XP problem but I have no idea where to turn
Tried Speed test with Firewall on/off and nod 32 on/off and all adware programs on/off
