Re: Who cares? There's many places here in Ontario that still have 0 broadband connectivity that are only 5-20mins from a major city center(200k-400k people). Even a 5gb cap is fine for people who need it for the sake of needing.
I know of a few places around here(oxford county), where small trailer parks for the snowbirds are now running in their own wifi stuff(5/1 60gb cap@$55/mo) because neither bell, nor rogers, nor anyone else will run the service out. However, the demand is there, the same in 'nearby' rural towns/villages(sub 1000 people).
