 | reply to Fox McCloud Why do people always want US Cellular to be bought? They don't need to be bought out. They are doing fine on their own, and last time I checked were not interested in merging. |

A long while back Sprint wanted to merge with Alltel (or buy them out). They made an offer, but Alltel thought it was too low.
Darn shame they didn't offer enough--that would have been a merger that would have likely put Sprint at the top and kept it there...no crummy switchover mess to deal with, which would have given them more time to focus on customer support. |

·WOW Internet and..
| Sprint just needs to drop the price plans to $50-60 flat rate fully unlimited and then set back. everyone that's switched from them will go back and many more will sign up as well.
You can't beat unlimited flat rate service with nationwide service for $50-$60. MetroPCS/Revol/Cricket wouldn't be able to compete. |
