| Lingo phone adapter looses VOIP connection I have a iAN-02EX. It is connected to a Cradlepoint MBR-1000, which has a AT&T Wireless Broadband USB modem. When I first reboot the phone adapter it connects, the VOIP light comes on and I can make outbound phone calls (I have not tried to make an inbound phone call to see if those work). Within a minute or two it looses it's VOIP connection. Anyone has any ideas? |
| For VOIP you must have a stable internet connection to use it. If you are using wireless internet service other than cable, dsl, or fiber you probably don't have enough bandwidth to support the VOIP adapter. VOIP adapters need a a sufficient amount of upstream and downstream bandwidth just for itself. |
