 [Wireless] WZR2-G300N (EU), is 802.11n coming back?

Been looking whether to get a used WZR2-G300N (EU), then read about the unfortunate turn the Buffalo took with
the version 1.52 firmware for this box(EU version). The 802.11n functionality had been removed!

Wonder what is the shipping firmware version of this router?

Does anyone know if Buffalo is going to release a new firmware for this router, now that 802.11n has been officially standardized?
