I'm just down the road here from Oglesby Rd where they had some of the reports on the news from Sweetwater Creek where that whole neighborhood was under water and that house was on fire. That's right down from the Railroad terminals and the tracks were completely covered, couldn't see them on tv shot at all.

Sweetwater Creek can be deceiving as there are no many little tributaries feeding it that were all overflowing. Holloman Rd out by Sun Valley Beach, has a major Creek feed had the bridge and the road comletely engulfed, wish I had my camera.

I worry about the trees in my yard though. A neighbor had a huge oak (very similar to one in my yard) fall over after heavy rains a few weeks ago and took out a power pole and blocked the street. At least it didn't hit their house. Mine leans toward my house. :uhh:
