WHR G300N - cant connect to modem thus internet

HI,

I just bought a WHR - G300N.

I can connect to the router via 192 etc easily enough but I cant access the internet. My connection is fine when I use the router sent by my ISP.

During setup I couldnt connect during the PPPoE stage.

I used the UN and PW given to me by my ISP. I dont know what a DNS server is or how to find my ISPs DNS server (I know how to find mine).

Does anyone have any idea whats wrong? May I have a faulty unit?

Thanks
Steve
