Re: entry level, kaching! I believe my uptime compared to (Comcastic) is 99.8%. And that is only due to issue with "outside" interference (some idiot took out a pole).
The pricing is also market-based. I have dropped my FiosHD (Who needs $800/yr?) but changed package to 15/5 and phone plan. I get another (whoopee) $5/mnth discount and yes, $70 (not including the $15 in collective tax/fees/crap). But that is $35 for Unlimited National calling, and $35 for 15M down and 5M up per month.
Not bad. But its been reliable.
Now if we were talking about Verizon's Billing .... F F F F and F!
