Re: Here we go again with the Patent wars.... first off i doubt they can win against that many lawyers.
second, why is it even legal to sue people outside either of the party's home area? really they should have to sue Blizzard for example in a home district or the one blizzard is in. kinda BS a company can pick which federal court anywhere in the US.
i also fail to see how any of these patents are for the MMORPG, none of them state much about them. they are about as broad as someone simply patenting "an internal device for moving cars" and then suing every engine and electric motor mfg. |
