I've had FIOS for 2 years now, a triple play package; phone, TV, and Internet. I have had short outages on the TV, but only specific channels, which is probably not a FIOS problem. I've had to reboot the router a few times when things got clogged up. Overall it's had excellent reliability.
But don't get me started on billing issues. (Insert unprintable rant here).
