My statement says I need to pay $190.24 by September 21st, however, online it says $210.41. Regardless, I've paid my bill with the $190.24 due from the statement. My online account shows a balance of $20.17 now. Is there an error on RCN's part? Are people paying more than they have to if they don't look at their bill?
