[netopia] netopia help i need to get remote setup don't know how

I purchased netopia to set up remote access I don't have a clue of what to do can someone give me any advice nahaward@yahoo.com I paid to have a netopia tech come out and they could not get me running either. i'm not sure what else to do. I need this asap.. Thanks

remote access to what? the router? a computer? if a computer using what program?
