Teleblend keeps billing 8 months after terminating account
I just found out that Telebland voip phone has been billing our company for the last 6 months. We terminated 8 months ago, and they stopped billing the credit card. Then they went right back to billing it again. Is there any short cuts to reaching someone in charge of their billing department?
If you can't get a good rapid response from TB (refund with a date that the refund will be made and an email stating such), then I( highly recommend that you deal with your CC company. They may not offer to reverse all of the over charges, but offer them proof of when it was canceled. They will see that TB skipped that period after it was canceled. Good luck.
