Nobody's got a gun to your head forcing you to use CT's services. <br>The cable company here offers service 2X faster than CT and almost 1/2 as cheap. The thing is, I know that Charter cannot live up to their advertised speeds / pricing in this area and have poor technical, field, and customer service. When I did have Charter, their internet and phone service was down quite often. That's not an option for me. CTel has very few big money market areas. I live in a smallish medium town of maybe 75,000 residents with a higher than average per capita income .
