I agree! I don't need a paperweight, I need a phone. For a while there (while with ATT) I actually had to use pay phones occasionally to make calls, it was so bad. I switched to a prepaid phone as soon as my contract expired and now use Straight Talk unlimited, which runs off the Verizon network. VZ's network is FAR superior in my home area. To hell with the latest gadgets, it's just another way to trap customers anyway.
