I've had terrible experience with Amazon and Buy.com's use of USPS. Things disappear into the system for a week and magically reappear when they're good and ready. The all time record was a Buy.com shipment through the UPS/USPS that took one day short of two weeks from the Philadelphia area to here. That's all of 50 miles.
