 [general] Reg: Modem With Two Serial Ports

I found some of the companies making modem with two serial ports(For example SIM COMM). In that only one is used for communication and other one is for debugging.Can Anyone help for me that the two ports in a single modem can be accessed for voice as well as data call at the same time with two different sim cards...Plz if u know reply for me as soon as possible...
