| Competiton will be nice. As much as I hate regulation, until competion comes; and this garbage is dealt with by the free market and subsequent mass exodus, the bill should be structured to state your price is X+taxes.
X being monthly fee + usage. Rogers should not be entitled to blame its usurious pricing on the government.
