Here Qwest is quite competitive price-wise. $40 dry-line for 1.5, $46 for 3/5/7.
Okay, that isn't terribly competitive, but it's cheaper than $55 for Comcast.
Qwest also has a $30 for 1.5M and a $35 for 3/5/7 promo going on right now, no phone line needed. Comcast would be $35 for 1M, though they also have a promotion where 12M is $20 with TV, not sure how much without.
