Which is why I don't understand how come TW won't bring 15/2 to this area, since we now have U-verse.
There are plenty of places around the country where TW is offering 15 down and 1-2 megabits up and they didn't even need to deploy DOCSIS 3.0 to do it.
I can have all the downstream speed in the world but with a choked upload, it doesn't do me any good.
