Re: Really? and what has skype done to help so far? It's most likely due to the regulatory landscape in Canada. (lack thereof)
In all likelihood, connection fees or termination fees charged by Bell make it impossible for Skype to operate there at a reasonable price.
I'm not positive this is the reason, but I'm betting I'm on the right track.
