Many bandwidth hogs according to comcast use more than about 488GB a month. They are about 1% of the users and possibly less.
The amount and one percent is slowly shrinking. I wonder how many one percenters Comcast has ditched? Eventually even the people just surfing social sites and video sites the web offers will be one percenters. You just wait.
