| Any bets on when TWC will roll out this service elsewhere? I'm betting that TWC rolls this service out to all FiOS areas by the end of 2011, though I'm sure Verizon will have upgraded speeds by then to make TWC's 50/5 seem anemic (as if its upload speed isn't already).
For other fiber-powered areas, I'm guessing they'll hit those areas by the end of 2012. Everywhere else will probably not get any upgrades until a competitor lays fiber...which might be awhile.
Which means that U-Verse markets like San Antonio and Austin probably have awhile to wait, though 15/2 is available right now for $50/month, better than your average TWC market... |
