Incompetent Support, Worse Billing

We had a period of 2 days where our XO connection was down. They said they could ping it and it was not down but our entire network was in fact down. They insisted the trouble was at our end. Near the end of the second day they called and discovered they had accidentally given all our IP addresses to another client so when they pinged it showed these addresses to be up an running, but not in our company. They corrected this and our network went up again. Based on their report it was at our end we hired 2 outside network specialists to find the problem at our end (our own It Manager had correctly been unable to find any errors). This set us back nearly $1500. When I asked them to credit us for this amount I was told can' be done and received $106 in credit for the 2 days we were down. The sales rep later said she could credit the full amount if we renewed with them. This was only one of 3 serious problems I had with XO in an 8 month period. I recommend you get service elsewhere.
