<description><![CDATA[anon posted : I'm having the same problem.  While Callcentric support is very helpful and will always follow up a trouble ticket, they tend to stop short of fully resolving the problem.<br><br>I was having intermittent problems connecting with numbers in Australia and Asia.  I'd get a ringtone, but it would keep ringing even after the callee picks up.  Either that, or the line would drop right after that.  Sometimes it goes through, but mostly it doesn't.  Callcentric tech support would try the same numbers, then say "works for me!" when they get a ringing tone.<br><br>I eventually "solved" the problem by moving away from Callcentric and using CallwithUs for international outbound calls.  Too bad, Callcentric lost a fair chunk of the money I spend on calls every month.]]></description>
