looks like Kansas and Arkansas will not be getting this. I was told by the local office.
Maybe not now, but hopefully later since U-Verse is a competitor in the Ft. Smith/Van Buren area.... although right now, Cox still has U-Verse trounced as far as speeds go....
The way the article is worded, ALL markets will get this increase. Doesn't mention specific markets. The local folks don't usually get their info until the last second...
