Re: Radio in Uverse line?? As ozzy6900 says you have a wiring problem causing it to act as an antenna feeding the radio signal into the system. You called once and they tried fixing it with an RG swap and it didn't fix it. The minute it came back you should have placed another service call. Keep placing calls until it is fixed and it can be fixed despite the 'experts' on this forum harping to go back to pots at the first sign of a problem on voip. One thing you can do first is to check the stats on your RG for high error counts. Also make sure you have no defective devices on your internal telephone lines. The problem could be on your phone line side of the RG. Silver lace wiring in the phone system is not twisted and will act as an antenna. I have seen that problem several times mostly in office buildings. Don't give up, push the service until it is fixed. |
