Anyone know about what time the email server went down?
Ive got a little business here with my own email and even I have backups in place to prevent bouncing.
But Im getting phone calls now that mail sent to my Wave account has been getting bounced all day... |

Concord, CA | I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area. E-mail was not working at 11am when I turned on my computer. I called Wave, they said it would be working again in 30 minutes. The 1/2 hour turned into 6 or 7 hours for this area. |

Thanks! It seems they run all the email off the same server or datacenter...
Like I meant to say- I run the business email server here and we have a backup server back east... Im surprised with all of Waves properties that they dont have a backup running somewhere... Its actually very easy to do and doesn't require to much hassle...
I was waiting for a tech to get back to me and now I see that he may have been bounced... Thanks for the timeline Jim! |
