Bad Latency

Turboz posted : I have been experiencing latency issues for a while now. And, I have also had a lot of dropped ICMP packets. In some games (Left4Dead for example) I can't even get a list of servers. And, ofter web pages (particularly in the Eastern US) are timing out. When I did a trace route I noticed that my pings are "bouncing" back and forth across the country. Please look at the attached picture. The shortest path to Livonia Michigan is through Kansas City, Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, Sunnyvale California and then to Livonia?
