Our teammate and friend, TD Nickell  , is in the hospital and isn't feeling too well.
Apparently Terry went into the hospital 10 days ago with an attack of Ventricular Arrhythmia, a cardiac dysfunction. While there he suffered a minor stroke as well, and has some resultant visual loss in his right eye.
I told him that I would post in Helix, as I figured that that would be the best way to give everyone a chance to say "hi" without overwhelming him with IM's... I suspect that Terry may not really be up to doing a lot of typing yet.
Although Terry is tired and didn't indicate how long they will be keeping him, he sounded optimistic. 
Update: As you can see, my posting crossed with his "getting sprung".
Welcome back, Terry, and keep the garlic over the bed so those women don't poke any more holes in you...

I had to laugh,the first day i was in the hospital they had IV's in both arms.I ask the nurse what they were for,he said ones to thin your blood,and the other is to control my heart rate.Then he said if not giving correctly one can stop your heart,and the other could make you bleed out.
I told him thank you that will make me sleep well tonight! |
