The economy is doing so bad that people will do anything for a quick buck. If you wanted MMS that bad why didn't you get a phone that already included it? I remember when the 3GS was first launched it was a feature but not available yet on AT&T. I didn't care. Late Summer early Fall who cares. Get over it. Lawyers need to be disbarred for filing frivolous law suits (sp). Just my two cents.

Many lawsuits like this should be summarily dismissed, but judges being a part of the so-called legal profession are more concerned with providing full employment to all the ambulance chasers that dominate the lawyers guild.
