 jat join:2008-04-28 Burlington, ON | reply to Sean 95th percentile billing is not the same as average usage. If you use 5mbit more than 5% of the time, you get charged for 5mbit. In a 30 day billing period, that's only 36 hours, which could be as little as 80GB. |
