I'd have to say I was extremely surprised to read the information people had typed on this site regarding Cobalt. I have been a customer of Cobalt's for over a year now. When I got hurt playing football 6 weeks ago, it left extra time to be on the internet. My service went down and the technician was able to come out the next day and fix it in 15 minutes.
THATS WHAT I CALL A+++++++ SERVICE.
My friends wife works for one of the larger providers and she always comments how rude the employees are. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend you give them a try and ignore what people said 2-3 years ago. Things have changed. |
