The Sprint store on Flamingo and Maryland in Vegas has some of the rudest people working there I've ever met in any customer service situation. They tried to charge me $35 to exchange a Palm Pre that had six dead pixels on it. I hopped down to the store at UNLV, and they exchanged it no questions asked.
Surprisingly, I've never had trouble at AT&T. Never really dealt with Verizon customer service.
