I was an AT&T customer for 15 years. I can say without a doubt they absolutely are HORRIBLE. When I cancelled my service a couple of months ago they didnt even care that i was dropping them, I was getting a bill for about $160 a month too. All AT&T really cares about is how much money they can suck from your wallet before you realize just what a horrible company they are.
