| The Store Kept Me Good customer service at the AT&T store I go to. The 800 number(or 611) is useless. They even got me a replacement phone from AT&T when I couldn't get through AT&T's lousy support. So, now I always go to them with an issue, unless it's a network issue, and they are always glad to help me. It was even easier to change plans through them. Having a good store around here is definitely what kept me an AT&T customer. I hear Verizon is just the opposite(dumbbells at store but decent phone support). |
