Manville, NJ | Actually with this company's buisness model it might, unlike games that you install on your hard drive that provide the graphic maps for the game, this one streams all the contant from the server....not just the position/action data. Like watching a movie with controls

Let's do some math with the assumptions that heavy gamers play for an average of 4 hours a day at 720p resolution.
60sec*60min*4hour*30days*5Mbps/8b/1000B=270GB
It may not be a 1000 GB but it's still enough to get past that cap by itself, and the number grows when you adjust for 1080p. |

I was just about to start my own thread on this, but yeah, WTF is he talking about?
To be that heavy of a gamer, playing HD games over OnLive, you'd have to be playing for around 20 hours a day, every day, at the 5mbit HD level to break 1000 gigabytes in a month. |

4 hours a day? Any hard core gamer that I have seen plays well beyond 4 hours a day...Not to mention weekend marathon playing for two days straight. Now imagine if they have all games available at there disposal...Oh the bandwidth!
