Usually I agree with you Karl, but that statement I doubt is true. I would be surprised if it went over Comcasts 250gig/month. -- I am hotter than phone sex with a blind girl. |

| reply to ztmike Let's do some math with the assumptions that heavy gamers play for an average of 4 hours a day at 720p resolution.
60sec*60min*4hour*30days*5Mbps/8b/1000B=270GB
It may not be a 1000 GB but it's still enough to get past that cap by itself, and the number grows when you adjust for 1080p. |

 | reply to ztmike I was just about to start my own thread on this, but yeah, WTF is he talking about?
To be that heavy of a gamer, playing HD games over OnLive, you'd have to be playing for around 20 hours a day, every day, at the 5mbit HD level to break 1000 gigabytes in a month. |

| reply to Mr Fel 4 hours a day? Any hard core gamer that I have seen plays well beyond 4 hours a day...Not to mention weekend marathon playing for two days straight. Now imagine if they have all games available at there disposal...Oh the bandwidth! -- Block Accounts | UseNet Now |

Mr FelFlynn LivesPremium join:2008-03-17 Louisville, KY | I was shooting for the lowest amount of whole hours a day to make my point, it just happened to be 4 hours. I clock in about 6 hours a day myself. |
