I have a Sony laptop computer. If I shut down my computer I get a yellow exclamation on my wireless connector and can't get on the internet. I have to go over to the router and maunualy turn it off then on again in order for itto connect with my computer. It also says Im connected but with limited access and I can't get on the internet. When I go over and turn it off and on again im fine. I downloaded a new driver from sony and it works as long as I dont shut down my PC.
Any help with this would be appreciated. |

| If you have any wired PCs, do they experience the same problem or no? I am assuming your laptop has Vista installed on it, right? -- It's all fun and games in a Team Fortress 2 battle until your sentry gun is sapped by the Spycrab! |

I have experienced wireless lockups, but only on laptops running on battery. |

| reply to rico1072 I ran into a problem with a "refurb" SE567 I purchased on eBay where my laptop refused to connect to the SE567 if WEP or WPA were not enabled at the router. I suspect the SE567 firmware is a little buggy. I only have a few hours playing with it so I'm not sure that is the answer. My laptop has never had trouble connecting to any other unprotected wireless router. |

@epix.net | reply to rico1072 I had that same problem. After calling Frontier for months, I got someone that told me to change a router setting. My group key renewal was aat 3600. I changed it to 30 and it is fine. Good Luck! |
