Good luck with your search for a new provider. I'm porting over to voip.ms and I'm quite impressed so far.

clubs:		 Yeah I would not put up with that either. There are plenty of other providers that are honest about the cost of their service when you first sign up and do not tack on $10 worth of "fees" after their base price.
