I just ordered the parts for some thing similar to what you are looking for from Newegg.
When you build systems like this that is going to go in the living room, you want to build it for power, but also quietness.
There is nothing worse then trying to watch a movie and hearing the high wine of fans that are deafening to every one in the room. 
Also, if you add a blue tooth mouse and key board, you should be able to sit any ware in the room and play.

When CrossFire becomes functional with EyeFinity then we might see some dividends from having 2x 5870 cards. As it stands now I don’t think the naked eye could pick up on the differences of a single 5870 vs. a CrossFire 5870 setup.
That’s not to say that there isn’t an improvement just that said improvement is much more conspicuous when benchmarking rather then just playing a game. |
