Nothing in Westminster

I heard just earlier this week that the upgrade for Westminster/Thornton area was going live on the 30th. I've re-synced and not pulled any new firmware to my Terayon TJ715

I actually just upgraded to the ultra today, they said extreme wasnt avail in the area yet. Im on the northern side of westminster
