alzalacarajo posted : I have tried the DTA on the same connection where the bigger set-top box is connected (and which does receive those channels) with the same results. Is it possible that the Pace DTA is less tolerant of a weak signal than the more elaborate STB? Interestingly all those channels, as noted by a previous respondent (thank you andyross) are broadcasting in the 99 range (99.12 etc.) Channels broadcasting on the higher or lower numbers are ok.

owlyn posted : Probably inferior signal level at that outlet. Try a different outlet, or a different model box on the current outlet.

alzalacarajo posted : Going to the diagnostics channel map page in the Pace DTA that I recently received from Comcast Oakland (CA), I see under the column labeled CDSref that channels (such as AMC, A&E, FOOD, etc.) giving me a "service interrupted" screen are all 117.000. What does this mean? What does CDSref stand for? Could the DTA be defective? I can get those same channels on an old TV connected to a bigger set-top box also received from Comcast. And channels such as FOOD (35) are still viewable without a digital box. Their customer service has not been at all helpful.
