To the detractors of class action suits in general, I'd say this is a good example of a judicious use of the process. Mahalo for the thread/info. Agree, I am not generally in favor of CAs, however, I make exceptions when they are used as a vehicle of last resort to force change.
The Predicto name sounded familiar, I saw the large volume of consumer complaints on various websites. So I looked up the domains:
